Hospitality and multi-family share an unusual constraint: every system serves dozens or hundreds of independent users with different schedules, preferences, and tolerances. The guest who books a hotel room expects perfect water pressure at 7am, and the tenant on the 32nd floor expects the unit to warm up in five minutes on a January morning. We design domestic hot water, HVAC, and life-safety systems sized for actual use patterns, not the spec sheet, and configured so that a single failure does not take down a wing.
Branded hospitality adds layers: brand-standard checklists, food-and-beverage kitchens that must run at full capacity during peak, conferencing AV, pool and spa engineering, and the rooftop amenity that was not in the original program.
